Manhattan is a modular font that was born from a structural research of the territory in the Manhattan neighborhood. The design intent was to create a font that recalled the geometry present within the neighborhood. For the creation, the following were taken into consideration: the facades of skyscrapers, the aerial view of the streets and the fire escapes of the buildings.
